Hmm, no info on Aquamarine blau metallic paint?
Please a little help, the car is on the other side of the pond,
so we have very few cars to compare colors.

I have a paint code for PPG base clear that I had scanned off of the inside of door that was original paint that was very close.
I will send you that code off the label when I get to my shop if that will help.

Thank you, Gordon. The car will be painted in autumn and
the owner would like it to be as close as possible original.

John Willhoit sells spray cards of 356 colors. He might be a source for a formula also.

Thank you! Now we have good understanding of this color.

Perhaps the various color recipies should be recorded somewhere so that the original hues don’t fade avay?

Thanks everyone for helping Juha (and me) out in this color-quest,
With this formula and a sample of the og-color I found under the Reutter-badge the painter managed to mix a perfect sample of Aquamarine Blau Metallic.

Here´s the result:

Thanks. We will be painting my '56 in the not to distant future. Our goal is to go single stage as original but if this will not work out the paint matches shared here will come in handy.
