Bent window trim & connector

#1 Post by E Rutherford »

Recently had a 53 cab come into the shop wanting trim installed in his windshield rubber. How did the factory address the issue of the trim connectors? Since they typically are centered, but the at the center is the bend and the connector is straight. Photos would be great.

thanks

Hi Ed...here's the trim on '54 Cab 60441 with original cracked windshield. The top trim is popping out a bit which affords a view of the connection.

This is '53 Coupe 50502 with original windshield. The top trim is popped out slightly a bit like the Cab.
