BT6?C Sunroof question

#1 Post by Guido Kwikkers »

My 356 C has an electric sunroof, with regards to authenticity I have the folowing question:
- the roofliner (frame) is screwed with 2 screws to the sunroof lid. According to my information this is done with two screws with small plates that are painted black (or have a black finish).

Is this correct?

Any picture of the 356 BT6/C with sunroof is appreciated for clarification.

Thanks.

Hi Guido, These Sunroofs are a bit complicated, so I'm not quite sure what you are looking for, especially as there is so little info on them, as we know, but if you mean the upholstered panel, and the screw in each corner, that secures it to the frame, then here is a link to a Registry page on that subject. I was very kindly sent a couple of these self tapping screws by a Registry member, but they are available, and if they are what you're looking for just send me a email. Good luck as always, jim
