Vigot jack ID

Can anybody help ID this early jack? I don't know if it is early Porsche, VW, or maybe even something else.

I have seen many early Vigot jacks, never this one.
Don't think it is Porsche or VW (my opinion). You might want to ask on Samba.

It looks to be 1950 or earlier given the head design. Not Porsche. Probably some other German car.
