Rubber for wireharness

I am looking for the correct rubber (I believe 356 C cars need two) where the wire harness goes into the cabin.
I checked Stoddard.com's website and they don't seem to offer this part. Neither is it in the PET catalogue.

Guido: are you referring to rubber grommets? I'd check with YnZ's for any parts you might need but I'm sure others have found sources for the parts you need.

I am just competing a complete resto.. bare metal.. with a new wiring harness from Y & Z's .. all went well
I ordered a bunch of the grommets from Stoddard.. although anywhere will do. I just picked from the catalog..
I ordered about two dozen in total.. and used most.. it is surprising how many you will use... don't just order what you think.. multiply by two..

In the States here most good Hardware stores carry metric grommets. Probably true in Germany also. Cheaper than the cost of postage.

Guido, asks about "rubber where the wire harness goes into the cabin" , not sure where he's talking about.

If it's "the rubber" where the wire harness goes thru the pedal support, then it's this grommet http://www.stoddard.com/9997020315a.html 2 required.

If it's where the wire harness goes up into the engine compartment, there is no grommet but a rubber sleeve.

IIRC, the hole in the rear bulkhead for the wire harness on my SC Cab had no grommet and is a bell shaped flange. After installing the harness, there is a long rubber tube that at attaches over the flange and is held in place with an unknown to me clamp our wire. I remember talking to the fellow that owns YnZ and he uses a mountain bike tube for this big condom that goes around that area of the harness from almost the starter area to where it goes into the body - about two to three feet long.

Impossible to know if original question has been answered at this point. Perhaps Brad's answer is the correct one. The C has 4 harnesses. And the only place I can remember that 2 grommets would be used has been answered by Brad. The only other place would be where the shorter harness goes from the fuse box to the instruments and that would only require one grommet.. Without a picture or further detail from Mr Kwikkers I doubt that more help can be offered.

There is a large rubber grommet behind the fuse block.
It is 56mm OD and 20mm ID.

And if you are talking about the rubber sleeve at the rear of the car.
It is 950mm long. And it has a hole at 500mm from the front where you pull the cables for the starter solenoid.
Some people used a inner tube of a mountain bike.
I found that McMaster Carr has a better tubing that is weather resistant and has the most approximate size, thickness and color.
And it does not have any markings so you do not need to scrape those off.

Yes
the T 1 did have the rubber exterior protector.
see attached pictures.. not the best, but you can see the protective cover..
I replaced it with a Continental inner tube

It takes some time and effort, but turning a mountain bike tube inside out eliminates the creases and lettering issues, and looks pretty authentic.
