As James said. No code# on my car, only a Kunstharzlack plate under the S/N plate.

According to peeled paint and COA, my car was Ivory BUT... when removing paint from dash, it was ivory and that Beige... Looks Like I shall dig deeper, remove paint from wheels to verify.

All rightly.... I have removed paint from my early 356A T1 ( Nov 1955 ) wheels dated 9/55, they were the same color as the car was, Ivory. The color was under other paint and set into all stamped letters on wheels. I removed all paint that covered the Ivory. Unless these were painted after original color was sprayed, I would say they were painted same as car.... at least during this time span.

Interesting subject as I have to restore an At1 European from November 55 within a couple of months. but the og paint is grey metallic

None metallic grey would really look cool.......on the wheels.

My 82616 was also white, with white wheels.
