is there a difference between 356 pre a euro and us models?

Here's some obvious ones:

- speedometer in miles instead of kilometers
- Hoffman ordered his cars with export bumpers in late 1951 through late 1952
- 1953 model year cars were often spec'ed as "USA Standard" and "USA de Luxe" for Hoffman, which mostly referred to trim level and engine type.
- From late 1952, USA-delivery cars got Hella sealed beam headlights
