Certificate of Authenticiy, differing options

#1 Post by john schwamm »

I have two C of A for my car. One is signed by Frederick J. Schwab, the other signed by Detlev von Platen. Both as President of Porsche Cars North America

One has listed under oprtional equipment, Chrome wheels, the other lists them as Chrome Central locking wheels, which I assume are Rudge wheels. Big difference.
Which version is correct? All else is the same on each C of A.
Thanks,
John

Only way to know is to see the actual Kardex and interpret the German, or see the original dealers bill of sale, which I assume you don't have.

Or write to PCNA and give them copies of each COA and ask them which is correct.

Barry,
Would you have the address of where to send the certificates I have for clarification on which is accurate?
Thanks,
John
