The Northeast Region of PCA has a silver version that is about 12" long that was presented to the club when they hosted a National Parade back in the '60's I was told that Ferry Porsche presented it to the then President of the Region. In the years since we have engraved each Presidents name on the bottom until there was no more room. We then went to a plaque that is mounted on the board it sits on. I'll see if I can get a current photo of it to post. KTF

Not silver, but very unusual ceramic two tone "A" Cab with hardtop. Blue color is darker than rendered by pictures and hardtop is more of a cream color. Anybody else have one of these and would know more on origin and numbers produced ?
Thanks,
Janos

Mats,

Otto Mathe casted a large series of reproductions models from his original silver one. This is what you have, pretty cool piece! No clue how many he made

Have you guys seen this one on ebay? The auction won't allow me to post a picture.

sorry for dredging up an old thread...
no idea how many Otto made, but this photo was taken ca. May '87.
one of theses has been living in Northern California since shortly thereafter.
