Meistershaften Badges
Can anyone shed some light on which 356 models had Meistershaften Badges mounted on the dash? As far as I can tell, the 55 and 57 models had these badges. I have a 1956 356A Speedster and wonder if these vehicles ever had Meistershaften Badges mounted at the factory.

My first, a 1958 coupe, #103614, had the 1957 Meisterschaften badge.

That's a good general rule. Though I just looked at an early '58; built in '57 T2 Speedster that had a 56 badge. This Speedster was one of the first 50 examples off the line.steve shea wrote:56' cars ha 55' badges, 57's had 56' and 58's had 57' badges
There are grey areas when the factory used up existing stock of old parts.
