Thank you all!
THE POPPING JUST STARTED ABOUT 100 MILES AGO.
THESE ARE BIEKER DONE CARBS.(BEEN ON FOR ABOUT 1700 MILES)
FLOAT LEVEL - OK
IGNITION TIMING - OK
SPARK PLUGS - NEW
VALVE ADJUSTMENT - ABOUT 700 MILES AGO

I WILL START WITH CHECKING/ADJUSTING THE VALVES AGAIN AND GO UP FROM THERE.

FRED

Geoff's right. You've lost the tune on that cylinder; any of those
things are part of the tune. But be generous, go ahead and tune all
four of them. The others probably need it too.
Thanks,

Before touching your carbs, check all of your valve adjustments. If
they aren't right, they can cause problems and you can't set the
carbs until they are right anyway.

If the car runs well then you might want to try to open that cylinder's
mixture screw just a small amount no more than 1/4 turn.
