1963 356 on Ebay

I asked the seller about the title on this 356 and he replied
"it does have a clean open Georgia title dated 1992, It does have
salvage in remarks, feel free to call me if you have any other concerns.

Just want to let folks know about the title. I don't think you
can clean off the 'salvage' notation. To me, that is a problem. It
raises a red flag to me about the history of this car, Flood, bad wreck
or just a lost car and the salvage was the only way to title it. 15
years is a long time.

There is a 1963 356 Porsche on ebay, item number 1902 1485 4805.
I looked at this 356 last fall and walked away when I asked about
the title and discovered it has a Georgia Salvage title The e-bay
description lists "vehicle title: Other" Not sure if what that
indicates.
I tried to find the history of the car and ran into a blank wall.
Just a heads up. Maybe someone should ask about the title situation on
this car.
