Ron, that's me with the pulley survey I started in 2007. The two hole pulleys were introduced in April-May of 1964. I would also add that the early SCs still had the left air cleaner without a breather hole until they ran out of S90 parts. My July '63 built SC had air cleaners just like picture above.
