Thanks for the clarification, John. I used the Jet Doctor as well. Dells are great carbs and parts are readily available.

While you have your Dellorto DRLA's apart and IF you fit the 'Idle Jet Doctor mod', you will see from the installation instructions from CB Performance that you have to plug the 2 small holes next to the Idle Jets with 2 lead plugs that they supply. A much better idea is to drill and tap these 2 small holes and fit Grub screws , They are more secure than the Lead Plugs.

Good call John, THANKS. i'll check out tapping the holes. i'm making a list of parts I need and sending it to a supplier for a quote.
