I happened to have a program handy from the October 1968 Monterey Grand Prix Can-Am race weekend. E Production was one of the support races. Michael Roberts is on the entry list along with 18 other Porsche's. No specific models or years are listed. Mike's car is listed as #51 and silver.

Here’s the back story on the pink color:John Delorean gifted a Pontiac firebird to a famous movie actress (was it Barbara Hutton, I can check) who liked her care in pink. The body shop used the left over paint for this car.

It’s the story the previous owner was told so I can not attest to its accuracy.

I love pouring through boxes like that an sorting through it. But then, I'm sick in the head.

Anyway, Lots of parts. It’s a race car so don’t know how many are original. But all the body parts are.

Your first step should be to purchase shelving. then find someone that is knowledgeable about your parts. Sort through all the parts. put part numbers on the god parts and discard all the bad parts. Then you can make an evaluation of what you can do mechanically. al zim

Very cool car. Loose the roll bar altogether or install a speedster roll bar in it, put a cool low race windshield on it and have some fun. It you choose to sell it, contact me. Enjoy.

Those photos were from where I picked the car up from.

And Gary Emory already sorted them for me!
