1958/59 coupe rear quarter window latches -- info needed

These were altered from ones with two serrated washers top and bottom (photo) to ones with no washers between 11/58 (#1054##) and 4/59 (#1074##) from information recently supplied. I'm submitting changes for the second printing of Authenticity IV (which doesn't mention the change) on Monday, January 6. Can anybody narrow this gap?
