That seal installer was now discontinued by Stoddard NLA --- in favor of the several VW versions out there.

You could make your own but for $29 or so.... note the center part of the big washer is recessed to clear the crank dowel pins.

+1 with Brad - the VW installers are plentiful, cheap, and work just fine.
