Porsche 356C Lug Wrench

I am sure this will be an easy one for someone.

Did the 356C lug wrench have a makers decal applied.

If so which one and are you aware if they are being reproduced.

There is a KLEIN decal available from Stoddard and other vendors. Oval shaped,Blue & Gold colors.
