Re: Passenger Floorboard Removal
I can't seem to find pictures of a floorboard with a trap door. Could someone post pictures of theirs since I don't see any at zalexindustries.
Thanks
Thanks

Re: Passenger Floorboard Removal
When I got my floorboards from Stoddard many years ago I had to trim them up to make them fit, measure twice cut once and they do have a tendency to get stuck by swelling up. a good idea on the trap door set up I'm sure it would work on the A cars also.

Yeah, that trap door is a work of art! Thanks for the great suggestion - gonna see if he has one left for purchase - thanks for the link too. For posterity, I ended up having to bend back the tab to be able to remove the floorboard.
Mine was actually being used as a smugglers box as it turned out. There was about 4 lbs of sound deadening crumbs, random nuts and bolts, and even a small piece of cracked plastic tubing. Probably some other stuff that also is now at the bottom of my shop vac haha! Hopefully no diamonds or Spanish gold coins though.

Be sure to "inventory" what you put in there. Otherwise, if you've got other stuff parked elsewhere (under seats, next to the battery, etc.) you'll wind up opening everything to find the one item you need but can't remember in which hole you buried it.

Re: Passenger Floorboard Removal
Thank you all for recommending my hatch door floor boards. Several orders came through this week! I hope everyone enjoys them and finds them useful.
In case others are interested, I also make the drivers side so you can buy a set for $115 that includes the passenger side trap door.
Thanks again guys and I will continue to make these!

Re: Passenger Floorboard Removal
Hello Tom,
I would like a pair for my 1960 Roadster but can't find them on your website.
How should I purchase them?
Thank you,
Art
