hi does anyone know whats the correct (exact) location for US Compliance Plate on my 1961 notchback ?

I asked this question myself a number of years back.
SMC sell these under the 356 parts, however Tim is correct, not used on a 356.

That decal appeared for the first time on 1968 911 & 912, and was used only for 1968 and 1969.
