Trying to repair my 1964 356C Karmann body lower half of rear Longitudinal(s) with the replacement sheet metal in the attached photo. Does anyone have a pattern for cutting the inner and outer diagonal pipe holes and if not is there a trick to laying out the elongated holes that angle upwards for the diagonal heater tube penetration above torsion bar tube. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks Frank

Re: Rear Longitudinal Heater Pipe Hole layout
I have a few pictures that show the area that I have taken from various projects, some to show how rear defrost heat comes off. Not sure they will help but here they are.

And just a WAG but check out Neil Blabers T6b restoration thread in projects. He seems to be remaking his whole car. Maybe contact him and see if he can assist you. And also maybe Phil Planck: viewtopic.php?t=22231
