Australian Barn Find

#1 Post by Mervyn Hyde »

I would be interested to hear views on this one, especially Adam. Original Australian-delivered RHD. A colleague is 'interested'.

Interesting that it's a RHD car, but no pics of the dash, you think that and the fact that it was delivered to Australia new would be the big selling points. It looks like it needs everything, but also has everything, which in a place like Australia means a lot, because parts aren't as plentiful as they are here. Take that and the RHD, and it's probably worth every penny of the range, to someone in Australia. Here it would be a $20,000-25,000 car, if it's matching numbers. Good luck to whoever saves it.

Thanks Adam and Bill. Yes I was thinking that dash and steering wheel were interesting omissions. The interior vinyl, etc looks quite good and there were not that many RHD T5's sold here. The value you suggest seems on the money. It has just been confirmed as matching numbers but not a 90.
