Anyone have a source for Hella plate light 2272 2821/1?
Also used on some BMW models. Looking for excellent used or new would be best

eBay has one listed but it doesn't look like it has the base gasket. Also Google 'Hella 2272" to see if there are other sources.

David, 904 start number light? Probably not given your request for IDM parts, RS60?

Think it’s also used on BMW 2002 license plate lights.....

Yes these were used on 2002 BMW's and probably others. Bought one at the BMW dealer back in the day to use on a RS-60. Nice little light.

I've sent an email to old timers but no response yet. Yes BMW also used this light. Need one or a pair for an Abarth

At least one 356 endurance racer used this light to illuminate the number on the side of the car.
