1957 356A Pouch Contents

I have purchased Drew Saunders excellent pouch reproduction, which has the content stickers glued to it. The next logical step is therefore to source those items, could someone post a picture of what I am looking for? Production date was the 11th of June 1957, so already know that the September 57 Driver's Manual is not correct! Apologies if this was discussed before, but search function did not return much.
