SC cab as indicated by the 'C' behind the VIN. silver metallic on red leather. special order paint, chrome wheels, 1 set of black coco mats, 2 seat belts, left/right, Blaupunkt Frankfurt radio with 2 speakers and antenna, chrome luggage rack and a compensator spring. Phoenix tires. Sold new through Mahag, Munich to probably a GI from VA. Completed 21 october 1964 and sold 7 days later!

Top Line: PoAc = Porsche of America Corp -- noted for warranty purposes / engine number is SC / gearbox number and type / Ignition key number, shift lock key number / glove box lock key number; front hood lock key number

Second Line: Born date, warranty date begins / silver metallic / red leather

Third Line: Phoenix tires / purchase order number

Fourth Line - options : special paint / chrome wheels / Koko mats black / seat belts, left and right / Blaupunkt radio; speakers ; electric antenna / chrome luggage rack / camber compensator

Fifth Line: Porsche dealer in Munich -- probably Tourist Delivery to John Lynch -- maybe a service member because of VA address.

Jules, what makes you suspect that it was a GI? I ask because my car was also delivered to an American through Mahag.

because of the VA address. Just a guess, since there were so many of our guys stationed in Germany at the time.
