John Bentley - Motoring Journalist / Porsche Owner

Hello

I am trying to find out more information about motoring Journalist and Sebring winner John Bentley.
I believe John purchased a Carrera Speedster in 1958 and various other Porsche’s (914 in 1972), prior to him co-writing “We at Porsche”.

If any members have any further information on John, his background, later life etc, I would be most grateful. I own one of his old cars and I am trying to piece together some information around his time in Brighton, England during the early seventies.
