Through the years I have always talked to my dogs. They were all smart enough not to answer.
Some days it's just not worth chewing through the restraints.....

I may be repeating so sorry if that is the case.

For Mac users you go to Photos and select the photo/photos then go to File Export, pick a size and pick a destination and export. I have a folder on my Desktop where I put them. When you post here you just pick the image from the folder on the desktop.

I export at Medium quality and Large size and that works well here.

If you're using Windows 10, right click on the photo you wish to resize. From the drop down menu select "Edit". Toward the left end of the toolbar at the top is the resizing tool. Resize it by whatever percentage you want and then save it. Fairly simple really.

It's unfortunate that the IPhone can't have a user selectable resolution option. Maybe the requests on here should be redirected to Apple.
Some days it's just not worth chewing through the restraints.....
