Hi
On my radius arms, I see an empty hole for a 4th bolt that is apparently some sort of adjustment/stop bolt. What is it for? Is it necessary? What is the size/spec etc...and what is on the other side of this bolt within the red box. I can find nothing about this anywhere.
The picture below shows the mystery bolt in the Service Manual...mine is just an empty hole.
Thanks Much.

Greg,
That is a 'stop' to keep alignment when you R&R the trans (or at least keep it close) and also 'suspenders' added to the three fastening bolt 'belt' to keep alignment in use.

Re: Radius Arm 4th bolt?
Is it just a nut and bolt that you tighten against the axle "stop" after aligning?
Does anyone have a picture of the nut on the tire side of the radius arm? I find no pictures anywhere.
