Karosserie Reutter Certificate of Production

#1 Post by Frank Hood »

I received my Karosserie Reutter Certificate of Production today and couldn’t be happier! I ordered the certificate on November 5 and received it today December 15. Six weeks in total, not bad for such an import document. What’s amazing is I wasn’t changed until the day the certificate was completed, November 24!

If you’re interested in getting a Karosserie Reutter Certificate of Production for your 356 reach out to Guido by emailing him at info@erlkoenig-classic.de . You will not be disappointed.

Now that I have all the pieces of the puzzle the transformation of my mild Outlaw can begin. On second hand I’m enjoying the ‘53 too much right now so it may have to wait a few years.

Frank

I received mine this week. I am very pleased as well.
There is incredible detail on the finishes of my Speedster. As far as finishes goes, it is FAR more helpful than the Kardex. As an example it even tells the color of my Speedster seat piping!

Eric,
Around November 6 was the payment date and I received it early this week.
Not bad in my opinion. Totally worth it.
I may order another one for my 59 coupe.
You never know when this new service will end. These kind of things seem to come and go.

Very cool Frank. Your interior is almost identical to mine, except mine has grey leather trim in some places, in addition to all the grey corduroy. I have most of the original interior for mine, so I'd be happy to give you tips on doing it right (though I'm still figuring that out myself).

James - That is very cool! I will certainly reach out when the time comes to redo the interior.
Many thanks
Frank
