I am restoring a 1963 BT6 (manufactured 9/62). The left front fender has mounting holes for a mirror. The distance between the smaller holes is 88mm and the distance between the center hole and either of the smaller holes is 40 mm. There are no mirror mounting holes in either door. No mirror came with this project and I cannot find any particular mirror with this bolt pattern. Spyder/GT mirrors were mounted here, but do not have this hole pattern. Does anyone know what type of mirror could have been mounted here?

Nothing I've seen in the last 60 years. Fill the holes and mount one on the door.

Re: Fender Mirror Mounting Holes
Thanks Norm. I was thinking the same thing. I've gone through all the posts in the Forum on mirrors (LOTS of posts) and nothing like this came up. Phil Planck sent me a picture of an off-brand mirror that could've fit that hole pattern. At this point I'm going to weld up the holes and find a mirror for the door.
Cheers,
John
