I realize it’s sacrilege to ask about VW parts that fit a 356 engine, but my friend has some left over VW type 1 oil change kits including screens and gaskets I can have. I'd like to know if they will fit a Porsche 356A/B engine. Any help would be appreciated.

No, they are round, Porsche rectangular.
