James Constas exhaust testing knowledge

anyone in this forum who have bought James Constas nice mild steel sebring exhaust, and did some testing? does the baffler prevent loss of backpressure ? how does the sebring with the ceramic coating preform compared with the original exhaust on a stock 1600 s engine?
any expirence with running to lean or to rich with this constas sebring?
