Depends upon the "Pro", but assuming a reasonable amount of experience with these cars, three to four hours at most.
Ron's system includes a heat shield. It is shaped such that it scoops air from below and routes it around the filter canister. It's a well thought out kit. You won't be disappointed if you install one.
