Was the radio an option that would appear on the COA if one was originally in the car, or was it standard?

The COA for my '64 C Coupe (215XXX) lists a Blaupunkt Radio "Frankfurt" and 2 Loudspeakers under Optional Equipment.

No radio listed on the Kardex for my '63 B coupe. When purchased, it had some after market radio/tape player installed.
Radios were often dealer installed at delivery or at a later date.

My COA for my 64 SR coupe states Blaupunkt Radio "Frankfurt" with 2 speakers and Manual Antenna.

It is listed under optional equipment. Car was picked up at the factory and all options other were put on there as far as I know.
