Yes, he did an excellent job. I called him when I got it a couple years ago and talked for a while. He seemed very knowledgeable. Word is it hasn't seen bad weather since restoration in 2004 and it looks it.

Back when I was driving 356s / longhood 911s daily it was terrible getting tires that were round and that could be balanced. I finally discovered Michelin and the problems were solved.
