Alex, pics of my 64 Carrera, no fuel cutoff switches but you can see the two ignition cutoff switches below the tach.

The Carrera 2 cars had just one Bendix 12v fuel pump under the tank by the brake res while the earlier Carreras had the dual AutoPulse pumps in the back.
The switches you are asking about control the ignition coils on Carreras not fuel pumps.

The twin Autopulse pumps (6V) on the early Carreras were mounted to a bracket on the front axle beam on the right side of the car - there are much better pumps out there now.

I've seen some folks mount a fuel pump behind the floor board on the passenger side of the car.
The fuel pump switch on the early cars was to the left of the ignition switch. On the early cars the coil switches were above and either side of the tachometer.

I have a brand new old stock 6V Conelec that I had stashed away if I ever decided to give up on my Autopulses.
