Engine stumbles after driving in traffic...

#1 Post by Greg Long »

... At 20mph for 10 minutes. Not particularly warm out. Feels like not getting enough fuel. Time for an electric fuel pump? ‘65 356C

Maybe time to measure the fuel pressure. (Fuel pump diaphrams are easier and more reliable than additional fuel pumps.)

Check your jets. I had a similar problem. One of my jets was clogged. Cleared the jet and now the car runs well.

Start with a full tune up then go from there.

And as part of the full tune up measure your float levels and injection pump output.
