Vic is correct. That large pulley, 546-02-112, was used on type 616/33 industrial engines. The part number could be a little confusing because the normal pulley number is 539-02-113, although the part number is not cast in the part.
I'm not quite sure about the 85 mm diameter mentioned; must be bigger than that. However, the belt used is a 9,5 x 900 (versus a normal of 9,5 x 825).
The four holes in the pulley are for a speed governor.

170 mm. As used on preA, I guess that is why has a 546 number.....they came on the
616-33/1 engines of industrial applications. They have those 4 holes drilled to mount another pulley
