Hi all...I'm rebuilding my diff after discovering a cracked housing. I noticed, before disassembling the old one, that I only have one spacer, as shown on the axle diagram below.
Looking at cross sections in the service manual, it appears to show a spacer on each side.
Generally speaking, do I need 2 spacers or is one the norm?

Not normal. Should be one or two on either side. Total combined thickness of the spacers should be around 8mm
