Help Needed - Werks Reunion

#1 Post by DianeMorrill »

Friday August 24 is Werks Reunion in Corrale de Terra, California, part of Car Week here in Monterey County. This event is for all Porsche models and attracts hundreds, if not thousands, of visitors.

The Registry and the Goodie Store will be set up in one of the tents on the grounds. One of the main missions of the tent is to recruit new or renew membership.

We are looking for volunteers to give us JUST AN HOUR of time to help hand out postcards, magazines and with signing people up for new membership or renewing. It is good fun and you will be helping us out. Please share your enthusiasm and experiences to encourage new people.

Please contact Diane and John at 831/375-4442 or send an email to 356goodiestore@sbcglobal.net to schedule your hour. If you want to add to this hour please feel free to stay longer (~.~).

Keep the Faith..........

Thanks to those who have already volunteered.......

It is important to have new members and help those wishing to renew.
Join us in the Goodie Store tent for just an hour on Friday the 24th between 10 and 2 (9 a.m. already taken)
It's simple and so much fun!

We have a couple of times available during the day, so please contact John and Diane.
831-375-4442 (California time) or 356goodiestore@sbcglobal.net

Keep the 356 Faith!

Thank you to all the members who volunteered to help sign up new members at Werks Reunion Monterey.
We signed up a good numbers of new members including one couple who brought along their new cat "Lucky".
He was seen riding the chassis of their Cayenne on Highway 68 on the way to the event...... They rescued him and carried him around in the event bag that he happily enjoyed the event.
Luckily for him they were not in their 356!!!
Many members from around the World popped in to say Hi.
