I'm gathering parts for a 1100cc / 1951 2pc. engine i'm getting ready to put together and have some questions:
The early "seamed" fan housing: I have several "seamed" 356 fan housings but which one is correct AND are there
any photos that someone can share? You see the 2 photos below showing (photo 1) a fan housing with no bell crank
bracket in the back, 1 pivot bracket in front and NO THREADED HOLES to receive the 6mm screws that attach the
cylinder head tin, front and back? Photo 2 shows a fan housing with a bell crank bracket on back, 2 pivot brackets
on front and threaded holes, front and back to secure cylinder head tin similar the later Pre-A fan housings.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
