I think it may be 644.701.541.00 Early Shift Pattern Windshield Decal for 356 Pre-A and 356A
It's a little piece of plastic with break-in speed limits and the gearshift pattern. I guess Porsche expected you to know the gearshift pattern by the time the engine was broken in.
You can get them from Stoddard, Sierra Madre Collection, Jorg, etc.
