Folks,
I have a number of kits just like this, but most only came with the basic rebuild parts. These have all the jets and carriers. The jets have size numbers on them, but nothing is marked "Solex".
My question is, were these available from Porsche at some point, or were they from an aftermarket supplier?

I have several of that same kit left. I got them from a supplier in Calf. "Valley Core" probably 45 years ago with a bunch of other stuff. I think they may have been NOS from Porsche with they reduced 356 parts at the dealers. I understand PCNA let allot of the inventory go to consignment VC had tons of 356 and VW parts, they sold Solex's for $200.00 a pair.

John,
Thanks for the input. I was guessing the parts were bought from the dealer in the late 70's or early 80's. It's difficult to imagine a company reproducing parts like this so specific to a 356 at that time. Unless, maybe Brad Ripley had something to do with it....
