Parking Light/Turn Signal Issue

I have a 1963 356B and on the drivers side the parking light/turn signal light are doing the opposite of what they're suppose to. The big bulb stays on, and the little light blinks... thoughts? Any help on where to start on fixing this would be awesome. Thanks!

Seems the wiring at the housing is reversed...pull both wires and switch the positions...also check to ensure there is a good, clean ground to/ from the housing.
