Anyone have a problem with Classicowheels.com/Jeff Fellman?

#1 Post by Michael Patterson »

I ordered a steering wheel and horn button from classicowheels.com, but cancelled the wheel the same day when my son informed me he purchased a wheel several days earlier as a suprise Father's Day gift. Jeff Fellman at Classicowheels charged my credit card after I cancelled the wheel, said he would issue credit everytime I call, but never does. Has anyone else had problems with this guy?

No Problem

I bought my steering wheel from him, in fact he sent me 2 of them and did not charge me for both, let me decide which one I wanted and returned the one I did not keep and he only charged me for that. Very nice transaction. My horn button arrived damaged from shipping and he quickly replaced, I would recommend him to anyone. Sorry about your issue.

I bought the horn button for my Nardi wheel from Jeffrey and have been very satisfied with the transaction. He travels to a lot of shows both in the USA and in Europe, so sometimes it is difficult to get a response. Be patient, he always comes through. Good luck, Bob Blackwell.

Great experience with Jeffrey. Bought two wheels from him over the years. Try him again - he is a busy guy.

Indeed, Jeffrey can be out of touch for an extended period, especially when on his business trips. He is, if nothing else, a "stand up guy" who values his pristine business reputation. Please try to reach him again.

I had an issue with the letter opener, but, Jeffrey resolved it promptly and to my full satisfaction.

Ditto for me too as a satisfied customer. Once you get beyond his quirky, prickly personality, you will find a consummate professional and a perfectionist. There aren't many of them left in this world. Ditto again on his traveling. He's often off to China or some other distant port to set up the procedures for the manufacturing of his wares.

God bless him for trying to build top quality parts for our 50 year old cars. He is a businessman in a difficult business, as you must have noticed from his periodic posts on this Forum trying to test the waters for interest in some new part. Not only does he have to get it done perfectly right on the supplier end, he has to please a bunch of perfectionists on the buyer end, and I don't know which job is the more difficult.
