On the screen it certainly looks like Willhoit's online Aetna Blue sample willhoitautorestoration.com/paintsamples.php.

It also looks like the 356 (1960-1961) - Booklet color and equipment samples you can download from Porsche's "Historical Documents."

But, checking the color on a computer screen is at best an approximation. The best way I know to be [nearly] certain is to buy a paint sample from Willhoit Auto Restoration.

Your question "Is the colour correct ?" is broad. Are you certain the car was originally 6003 Aetna Blue? The door jamb tag could have been changed to "fake" a more desirable color as original. That's not common but you'd need to get a Kardex (several sources) or a Certificate of Authenticity (from Porsche) to be certain.

Also, an Aetna Blue car would ordinarily have a red (6003 / A) or light grey (6003 / D) interior. It's hard to tell from the photos: the seat backs look [not especially light] grey but the door card looks black. A Kardex or CofA should show the original interior color.

The C of A shows it as aetna blue with black plastic . The camera does not reflect the colour exactly.

The waist level deco strip is a bit of a giveaway. If they had cut it at the door gap it would be just a tad more realistic.
If I had known I would live this long I would have pushed the envelope a little harder.

I struggled to find any toys/ models of the roadster.

Awsome detail, from my the special roadster luggage, keys coco mats, amazing. Even the mileage is correct .

I would really like one of those, my Aetna blue roadster started out with a red interior but now has black as I could not when a young man drive around in a blue car with red interior! I bought the paint from Stoddard, but it was off so precisely matched it in glasuirt to the headlight buckets which still had the original paint in them

Great model!

I had suspected it was a kit because of the VW wheels and thick fender edges, but I didn't pick up on the size. A different kind of kit car.
