In a batch of Porsche trinkets I acquired today was a packet of Hirschmann antenna wipes. It was in with some "C" literature, never seen one of these before, any ideas????

Steve
It tells you that other cleaning agents can diminish your reception, and one should use the wipes provided by Hirschmann.

John thanks for the translation, I already have "diminished reception" so guess I have been using the wrong stuff for years. Afraid to open up the package as it might be a neat add-on to a travel kit or glove box collection. Wondering what years it might have been offered? May have come with the antennas when bought separately.

These sachets usually came when you bought a new aerial.
You probably could also buy them from a good car radio installer in the day.
I have always used WD40 and a paper towel.
Put them in your tool kit or glovebox as a talking point!
Remember the best music comes from the back of the car.... which also ocassionaly needs a wipe down!

I imagine that is from the 80s or newer.
