you may need an electronic flasher relay for those to work right. 3.5w vs 21W will have some effect on the stock flasher relay.

All the led sites say to get the led in the same color as the cover. Red, yellow, white. Apparently the white led is so bright it washes out the color. Google 6volt red led auto bulbs. Some are on Amazon.

All my bulbs are LED even the dome lights. It makes a big difference.

Mark, are you saying not to get white LEDs for a clear US signal sense?
