#1 Post by Hugo Karasawa »

The strip calk in the vent window must fill all the space in the lower chrome moulding?

I just lay a thin bead in the frame to secure the glass. Too thick and the hole in the glass is hard to line up with the hole in the frame.

The space where the three lines point to is supposed to be open. I believe it is to catch water when the vent is open in the rain, to keep water from dripping inside the car.
