Just had to ask, can you lift a 356c from the bumper mounts? I was thinking about bolting something across to 2 mounts and lifting the car with my tractor as high as I can without the other side hitting the ground, so I can blast the underside outside. And yes I know I can warp the sheetmetal it if not careful...
There is no engine in, or interior, but it does have the transmission in and wheels on. I don't want to bend anything...

It can be done. I am assuming you are removing the transmission before media blasting. If not, you may want to think that over.
